There are two working modes; Auto; Which activates when motion is detected when the room is dark Constant; Which is the light setting for when used as a torch. The motion sensor provides a 120 degree coverage up to a 3M distance- emitting a bright cool white light using LEDs when it detects the room is dark and motion is detected. The light output then functions for around 25-30 seconds (unless switched to constant). The 360 degree rotating head provides the perfect angle for optimum use.
